About the Role
The Senior Litigator is a seasoned trial attorney responsible for leading complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. This role includes strategic case oversight, courtroom advocacy, client counseling, and mentorship of junior attorneys. The practice includes contract disputes, real estate litigation, commercial litigation, tort matters, and related business disputes. A portable book of business is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of complex civil litigation, including strategy development and risk analysis
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions
- Draft and argue substantive motions, pleadings, and appellate briefs
- Oversee discovery strategy, document review, and deposition preparation
