Job Description
- Monitor Driver and Helper Attendance
- Monitoring fleet status via phone call and GPS
- Maintaining records, history of served deliveries
- Allocate drivers and trucks for delivery and check itineraries in Loading sequence
- Report cases of problems of delivery units during loading as well as truck breakdown while in transit or unloading at the point of destination
- Ensures that the driver and helper are properly informed of the set delivery schedules assigned order out the targeted dates of deliveries
- Responsible to execute planned truck allocation to dispatch
