Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance internal logistics processes to support complex mechatronics and semiconductor manufacturing
- Review inventory trends to maintain optimal stock levels, avoid shortages, and reduce excess build-ups
- Map and improve logistics flow from incoming materials to production line delivery
- Design and optimize warehouse and shopfloor layouts for efficient movement and space utilization
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth integration of logistics activities with ERP/MES for real-time material visibility
- Maintain high data accuracy for all logistics transactions, records, and reports
- Create, update, and enforce SOPs for material handling, storage, and internal movement
- Work closely with production, procurement, quality, and engineering teams to support NPIs and drive continuous improvement
