Avanos Medical in Mexico, Baja California is seeking a Plant Maintenance Leader to provide end-to-end leadership of maintenance functions. This role includes coordinating teams for effective machinery operations and ensuring compliance with EHS standards.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 7 years of experience leading maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and EHS regulations is essential.
