Wärtsilä Performance Services Marine is looking for a Maintenance Planner, 4‑stroke Marine to join our team at the Vaasa Expertise Centre in Finland. The role involves planning and coordinating maintenance activities for global marine agreements.

Your role and responsibilities

• Preparing maintenance plans for assigned contracts.
• Planning and coordinating scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and overhauls.
• Planning required resources and competences for field work execution.
• Collaborating with Contract Managers, customers, external providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Following up on executed and postponed maintenance tasks and driving improvements.
• Preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets for annual contract planning.
• Supporting development of maintenance planning tools and processes.
• Performing swing‑set planning.
