Governance & Management Cadence

  • Coordinate and drive key management cadences including BPRs, CRC, CEO/CFO cadence, Board and ExCom meetings, as well as budgeting and forecasting cycles

  • Consolidate, synthesise, and align materials across business units to support senior leadership discussions and decision-making

  • Ensure strong governance discipline and alignment across stakeholders, deliverables, decision tracking, and action closure

  • Serve as the central coordinator for CEO materials, ensuring narrative coherence, data accuracy, and consistency of messaging across functions
