Senior Manager, C-Store Operations

The Opportunity:

Clearview Co‑op is hiring a Senior Manager, C‑Store Operations to work at our Administration Office located in Mitchell.

What You Would Do:

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team and as the leader of the C‑Store & Gas Bar Division, you will achieve budgeted goals related to sales, margin, expenses, and inventory and execute sales strategies that support the Co‑op’s mission and vision. Your key responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership to the C‑Store District Managers, Contract Dealer Operators, Pricing Coordinator, and C‑Store Delivery team.
• Promote C‑Store sustainability into the future and allow for continued growth.
• Collaborate with the Petroleum department for fuel pricing & pump maintenance.
