The Team Global Collections Technology provides solutions and support to the retail Collections business operations in Canada, LATAM and Caribbean countries. We support mission critical applications and technology processes across the global landscape of the bank to help our business partners provide customer service excellence with regards to the collection of delinquent payments.
The Role Helping us build data expertise and a data focused mindset in Global Collections, the role will support the MIS and Reporting business strategy by designing, deploying and evolving the data systems solutions. The role leads the architectural deliverables for the data modelling and reporting requirements for Global Collections, providing technical consultation and direction for the development of MIS/BI data solutions.
