Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Work with a team of business analysts and product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Drive the strategic execution of customer platform solutions across multiple projects.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders (business units, users, etc.) to understand their needs and translate them into detailed project requirements. Ensure clear documentation and effective communication of specifications.
