Senior Manager, Development - Canada West

This role is responsible for originating, shaping, and advancing district energy and thermal infrastructure opportunities across Western Canada, with an initial focus on British Columbia. While leading the origination process, this role will work alongside the VP of Development and collaboratively with project development, commercial development, operations, and finance teams to support advancement of opportunities. The position is designed for the individual who demonstrates the ability to independently lead market and business development, manage complex stakeholder environments, and advance projects from early concept. The ideal candidate blends deep technical knowledge (HVAC, utilities, and district energy) with commercial acumen, business development expertise, and a sharp marketing instinct.
