Job Description
Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, the United States, and Latin America, with more than 21 years of experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages, and operates high‑quality renewable energy projects across multiple countries. Its portfolio includes 2.6 GW (1.3 GW operational and over 1.3 GW ready to build or under construction), with a total development pipeline exceeding 18 GW.
Responsibilities
- Lead the financial monitoring of projects throughout both construction and operational phases, ensuring strong performance and timely identification of risks and opportunities.
- Drive the optimization of project cash flows, liquidity management, and dividend distribution strategies across the portfolio.
- Lead all waiver requests, lender negotiations and amendments to financing agreements, acting as the main point of contact with banks, investors, and financial advisors.
