This position will be responsible for assigned portfolio in the Finance Department for Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT) .
Job Responsibilities
Oversee full spectrum of group consolidation and management report functions, in accordance with the statutory requirements as well as company policies and procedures.In charge of timely and accurate preparation and analysis of the group financial and management reports, quarterly reports to the shareholder, liaising with external auditors for year-end closing.Liaising with internal auditors, tax auditors, tax consultants on monthly / quarterly / half yearly / yearly basis.Coordination with finance colleagues on various financial and accounting matters, compliance matters, reporting matters, secretarial matters, others.Coordination and working on investors related reporting at Group level, entity level with...
