• Ensuring that the day-to-day operations of Insurance Clients for back/middle office functions are operating smoothly.
• Managing team members for insurance fund operations.
• Updating HOD on any issues arises or BAU matters.
• Actively engage with service providers to ensure smooth process for BAU.
• Monitor the service standards of the appointed service provider via the relevant Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) as stipulated in the SLA.
