Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Accountable for shaping & driving future fit HRBP service excellence as per KPIs, budget and service schedule.
  • Promoting CSO led service model, quality assurance, issue management, service outcome & governance.
  • Accountable for P*Q led P/L with value adding / commercially viable services.
  • Influence stakeholders to support blue ocean transfer opportunities and empower team to simplify service through continuous improvement and accelerated SAP & enterprise platform adoption to scale market footprint / service portfolio.
  • Nurture relationship for partners to choose VOIS as trusted service provider & improve partner satisfaction.
  • Support CFSL line of leadership to meet VOIS priorities and align team alongside.
  • Partner with cross functional market & VOIS teams to achieve desired outcomes.
