Job Description
The Senior Manager, HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people strategies that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. This role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, supporting workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with senior leaders and line managers to understand business priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies and solutions.
