Job Description
Reporting to Chief People Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Compensation Designing and implementing compensation structures and frameworks, taking into consideration the Company's five -year incentive scheme and business plan Conducting market benchmarking to ascertain pay positioning vs the market Analysing effectiveness of the existing compensation programme and recommending changes that align with the market and to improve competitiveness Conducting annual review of salary and bonus allocation Drafting Remuneration Committee papers concerning staff costs, salary and bonus pools and reviews Supporting salary proposals for recruitment Designing and implementing salary banding commensurate with seniority level and role
