Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager: Integration to lead the alignment and optimisation of HR processes, reporting, and data systems across the People Division. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless integration across People & Brand functions, enabling data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will lead a newly established team and drive cross-functional collaboration across the business.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Advantageous)
  • 5+ years’ experience in HR operations, process improvement, or integration-focused roles
