**Preferred Qualifications**
+ **10+ years of experience in Information Technology** with a strong focus on the Supply Chain domain.
+ **5+ years of formal people leadership experience** in a technical environment, with a proven track record of managing and developing both managers and senior individual contributors.
+ **Balanced Leader (50/50 Business & Technical):** You possess a deep, credible understanding of the SAP Supply Chain ecosystem (EWM, TM, WM) but your core strength is in people leadership, process management, and stakeholder engagement.
