Senior Manager, IT Disaster Recovery, Cloud and Infrastructure Management

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Senior Manager to lead Disaster Recovery (DR) capabilities while driving infrastructure-related initiatives, cloud optimization programs, and lifecycle management (EOL/EOS) across the technology landscape. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, technical expertise, and program leadership to enhance resilience, optimize costs, and ensure platform sustainability.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

IT Disaster Recovery Management:

Design, implement, and continuously improve IT Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies and frameworks to align with regulatory requirements, working closely with the relevant stakeholders, both Infra and Application team.

Define and maintain Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) aligned with business requirements based on the BIA Assessment from BCM team.
