Senior Manager, Knowledge Management & Innovation

As the Senior Manager, Knowledge Management and Innovation, you will be redefining the practice and delivery of legal services. This role is ideal for individuals with a unique blend of technological proficiency and an innovative mindset. You will design and execute BMO’s Legal & Regulatory Compliance (LRC) knowledge management and technology strategy. You will identify, implement, and train LRC members on current and new technologies, including digital workflow and process automation; enhanced legal research, contract analysis and reporting. You will foster a knowledge-sharing culture by increasing engagement and the use of tools and information resources.
