LPGA’s Senior Manager, Learning & Development will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide learning strategies that build leadership capability, elevate performance, and strengthen the employee experience across the organization. This role will play a critical part in helping to build and sustain the LPGA Corporate University by establishing a structured, scalable learning ecosystem that supports professional growth, leadership development, and organizational excellence. The position is responsible for developing innovative learning programs, managing leadership development initiatives, and aligning talent development strategies with the LPGA’s business goals and culture.
