Senior Manager, Legal

Candidate will be responsible for providing legal and corporate secretarial support to the Singapore business and collaborating with counterparts in other business divisions with an overseas presence.

• Proven track record and experience in data centre and sub‑sea cable projects would be valuable.
• A law degree from a recognised university with at least 5 years of complex M&A or commercial post‑qualification experience and a strong working knowledge of the SGX regulatory framework.
• Experience working in diverse business environments is desirable.
• The ability to partner directly with senior stakeholders on critical projects in a fast‑paced environment, and to independently pre‑empt, manage, and address escalation points, using strong analytical, problem‑solving skills, and sound judgment.
