About the Role:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a dual role in supporting departments/divisions through strategic and operational HR partnership while driving HR digitalisation and the enhancement of HR systems.
This role partners stakeholders to deliver people solutions across the employee lifecycle and acts as a key HR systems champion to strengthen HR processes, data integrity, reporting, automation, and employee experience through HR technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as HR lead and system administrator/support partner for HRIS and HR technology platforms (e.g. BIPO and related systems).
- Drive HRIS enhancement initiatives to improve employee and HR user experience.
- Partner vendors and internal stakeholders on system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and implementation.
