About The Role
The Senior Manager, Netflix Technology Experience (APAC) leads a Manila-based regional presence that is integral to our global NTech organization. Reporting to the Director of NTech, APAC, this leader oversees the regional Remote Corp Support, Remote Studio Support, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) teams. Working in close partnership with global peers, the Senior Manager helps define the strategy centered on service excellence and user experience. They will guide their teams through a fast‑paced and consistently evolving environment, leveraging data and insights to prioritize high‑impact outcomes for Netflix.
