Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the manufacturing organization, driving and sustaining continuous improvement activities, delivering top‑line revenue growth, improving quality, delivery performance, and managing cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Advocate / mentor and implement Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Design for Manufacturability philosophies to support and sustain the manufacturing operation.
- Develop & hire a world‑class manufacturing team to support short and long‑term business needs.
