Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a talent management advisor for management teams
• Support performance management and employee development processes
• Initiate programs to boost employee engagement and company culture
• Define strategies for change management in organizational projects
• Develop learning and training programs for leadership
Requirements:
• University degree in HR or organizational psychology
• 10+ years in talent management, HRBP, or similar roles
• Global reach experience preferred
