Senior Manager, Packaging Operations

Job purpose Responsible for stakeholder management and influencing key decision making to support the execution of the finished goods packaging work plan. The individual will serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert, driving process improvement initiatives and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. This role focuses on developing and implementing best practices, methodologies, and frameworks to enhance operational performance and efficiency.
