Senior Manager, People Experience & Development

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Finnair One Crew culture and employee experience through various initiatives in close collaboration with business leaders and BHR colleagues.
  • Lead strategic culture and engagement initiatives that strengthen belonging, collaboration and the lived experience of Finnair's values across the organization.
  • Drive forward strategic organizational development projects related to culture, engagement, organizational design and effectiveness.
  • Organize and facilitate engagement and development programs, events and selected leadership interventions that reinforce culture and support change.
  • Support in leadership development and provide coaching to teams.
  • Support planning and implementation of diversity and inclusion roadmap.
