Job Description

Responsibilities

Include:
  • AI and Automation Strategy: Lead for the evolution of key platforms, including Digital Forms, Operations Processing Portal and other core systems, with a focus on integrating AI and machine learning capabilities.
    Develop and own the product roadmap for automation and AI, defining features, priorities, and milestones that align with the WMO’s vision and corporate objectives.
    Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of emerging AI technologies and automation trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Leadership and Execution: Work with and mentor a team of specialists, managing resource allocation and overseeing work assignments related to transformation initiatives.
    Drive the end-to-end project lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and post-launch support.
