Role Description
Program Delivery Management – Own execution of ADO to Helios CICD migration across multiple application waves homegrown and complex apps.
Drive the factory model onboarding approach including pipeline inventory classification, migration sequencing and cutover planning.
Maintain integrated delivery plans covering CICD migration infrastructure provisioning, testing and governance approvals.
Track milestones, dependencies, risks and mitigation actions across CNB, RBC and vendor teams.
Stakeholder Governance Management
Act as the single execution interface.
Drive governance forums weekly status reviews and executive reporting.
Ensure timely engagement with architecture review committees, ARC security and compliance bodies.
Technical Oversight & Hands‑on Program Leadership
Oversee migration of Azure DevOps pipelines to GitHub Actions leveraging Helios reusable templates.
