Job Description

Senior Manager, Regional Human Capital Lead the Regional Human Capital team and collaborate with National and Regional Partner Leaders to deliver people‑focused support that aligns with business goals and enhances a value‑based culture.

Responsibilities

Lead Human Capital operations including total rewards, experienced and campus strategies, operational excellence, learning and development planning, talent management, and performance management of RHC

Cultivate and maintain relationships with National/Regional Human Capital, regional Managing Partner, for the region, while driving culture and team member engagement

Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals

Facilitate HR planning and operations with the Regional Managing Partner and/or Partners to align business functional priorities and programming
