Job Description
This leader will be responsible for developing and helping implement the forward‑looking business strategy for SPG with a specific focus on: Supporting new business growth and maximizing the value captured by Applied/SPG as the semiconductor market grows from $600 Billion to $1 Trillion. Pivoting to a solution mindset from the current product‑plus‑aftermarket service‑dominated model. Discovering and proactively meeting the emerging needs of end‑market OEM customer verticals rather than only Applied’s direct customers. Exploring direct partnership/alliance opportunities with leading OEM end‑customers. Exploring new disruptive business model approaches such as X‑as‑a‑Service, royalty, or value sharing versus current product plus service sale offerings.
