Talent & Leadership Development
- Design, develop, and implement talent and leadership frameworks and solutions, including assessments, succession planning, and competency‑based learning programs.
- Identify critical business and workforce needs and align them with talent development priorities.
- Implement effective talent assessment methodologies for internal and external leadership placement.
- Lead talent review and succession planning cycles, including talent identification, assessment, and calibration.
- Develop and deliver learning and development frameworks that strengthen organizational capabilities and support long‑term business objectives.
