Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Presales Solution to lead the design, pricing, and presentation of end‑to‑end BPO managed services solutions, with a primary focus on Finance operations. This role partners closely with sales, commercial, and delivery teams to own solution architecture from discovery through contracting, ensuring solutions are feasible, scalable, and commercially sound. This is a solution architecture role (not sales) and will support complex RFPs, client workshops, and multi‑deal pursuits.
Required Skills and Experience
- 12+ years of experience in presales solution architecture or BPO managed services - Strong background designing and pricing Finance BPO solutions (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A)
- Proven ability to own end‑to‑end solution design from discovery through SoW and pricing
- Deep understanding of managed services commercials (FTE, transaction, outcome‑based models; SLAs/XLAs)
