About The Role

As a Senior Manager, you will be the “go to” practice leader, expected to provide expert guidance to the HCM team and their subsequent team members. This person works closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, Managing Consultants, and leads, and acts as a liaison between the HCM team and executive management. You will assist in identifying business needs, staffing projects, and ensuring that the work/life balance of our consultants is monitored and adjusted appropriately.

Team Management

  • Oversees Global Delivery Center (GDC), Application Managed Services (AMS), Projects and Continuous Value Services (CVS) team workload and serves as an escalation path for urgent or high priority issues and major requests
  • Oversees GDC (AMS, Projects and CVS) team forecasting and utilization
