Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager will support new product development, new product introduction and cost-out designing for existing product lines through sound execution of engineering principles and processes. A high level of hands‑on technical capability and sound engineering principles are required to be successful in this position. The position requires fluid/gas component assembly and functionality knowledge, primarily in a new product development environment. Leads a team of engineers and provides coaching and guidance, grooming, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function in a long sustainable manner.
