Job Description

What You Will Do


  • Define and own the end-to-end business Marketing Automation strategy in Marketo, translating business objectives into clear automation use cases, roadmaps and success metrics, while aligning with platform capabilities.

  • Define and optimize B2B email marketing and omnichannel engagement strategies, ensuring that nurturing, lifecycle communications, and automated journeys are relevant and aligned with business objectives across the customer journey.

  • Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation frameworks (lead scoring, lead qualification, nurturing) and continuously improve targeting, segmentation, and personalization to drive Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

  • Define and manage attribution models in Marketo, and contribute to holistic performance reporting by connecting Marketo data with Google Data Studio dashboards.
