Job Description

We need a hands-on growth leader who can build pipeline and improve conversion, not just manage brand.

You should have proven success in at least one GTM motion (e.g. outbound, lifecycle, partnerships, product marketing, paid, customer marketing, etc.) for a similar ICP — and the ability to extend that into a broader growth engine.

You will start by executing yourself. Over time, you will build the team around what works.

You will own growth across the funnel, with focus on pipeline and conversion.

1. Demand generation

Build and run campaigns that generate qualified pipeline

Scale at least one GTM motion you are strong in

Experiment and expand into adjacent channels over time

2. Messaging and product marketing

Sharpen positioning for our ICP
