Role Overview

As Senior Marketing Manager – HPC Preservation , you support the global marketing strategy for Personal Care and Home Care Preservation within Arxada’s Microbial Control Solutions business, and take the lead on creating and implementing the marketing communication and lead generation plans that bring it to market across regions. This is a hands‑on, execution-focused role: you partner with portfolio and commercial leaders to translate strategy into campaigns, content, and demand‑generation programs that drive pipeline, share, and margin.
