We're Hiring: Senior Marketplace Reconciliation & Data Analyst

RK Group is a diversified Bengaluru-based conglomerate operating across e-commerce, retail, technology, lending, and cross-border trade. We help global brands scale across Indian marketplaces — Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Tata Cliq. We're building our Reconciliation & Analytics function and need someone who can be the single source of truth for every sale, settlement, return, and claim.
What you'll own
Sales vs settlement reconciliation — catch missing, short and excess settlements at Order ID/SKU level
Validate marketplace charges (commission, shipping, fees) and detect revenue leakage
Drive claims and recovery — LIT, damaged/missing inventory, reimbursements
Inventory and returns reconciliation
Build dashboards and management reports that drive decisions
