Senior M&E Manager

The Senior M&E Manager will have to collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve technical issues, conduct inspections, and support the successful delivery of building services systems such as HVAC, electrical, fire protection, sanitary and plumbing, and vertical transportation.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for M&E services proposals for the projects encompassing assisting in feasibility studies, resolution of technical issues, conceptual design and requirement, budgeting, Opax projections, programming, procurement, design review, safety and quality assurance.

• Review system performance optimisation, drive sustainability requirement, maintainability strategy and implementation.
• Source for operational automation opportunities and implementation.
