Design enclosures with IP67+ sealing and thermal management Develop 3D CAD models and detailed drawings using SolidWorks Optimize designs for manufacturability and cost efficiency Perform thermal simulations and structural FEA Define and execute environmental testing plans Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering 5+ years in ruggedized product design Strong knowledge of thermal management Experience with IP67/IP69K designs Familiarity with automotive standards is a plus
