Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to lead our precision manufacturing operations. This role is designed for a technical expert who excels in Autodesk Fusion 360 for CAM programming and possesses a deep mastery of manual G-Code optimization. You will be responsible for ensuring that all components produced via CNC Milling, Turning, and Surface Grinding meet exacting tolerance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Advanced CNC Operations: Program, set up, and operate CNC Milling and CNC Turning centers for complex part geometries.
- Precision Surface Grinding: Perform high-accuracy grinding to achieve micron-level tolerances and superior surface finishes.
- Process Optimization: Manually adjust G-Code and machine offsets to maintain accuracy, compensate for tool wear, and reduce cycle times.
