Working closely with the Maintenance Superintendent and broader teams, you’ll drive improvement initiatives, optimise equipment through modification, and strengthen maintenance strategies across the plant. You will lead engineering design and reliability initiatives across mechanical, civil, structural and services systems. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring equipment is safe, fit-for-purpose, and operating at optimal performance.
