Overview
Design, develop, and validate mechanical and electro-mechanical products from concept through mass production. Lead mechanical design activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure products meet performance, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
Reporting To: Engineering Manager, Mechanical Engineering
Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems, assemblies, and hardware architectures.
- Generate concepts, detailed designs, and engineering solutions for new product development.
- Conduct engineering analysis, risk assessments, and design verification activities.
- Develop and execute test plans, prototypes, and validation methodologies.
- Ensure designs meet quality, reliability, manufacturability, cost, and schedule requirements.
