**Job Title: Senior Medical Manager**
**Reporting Line:** Medical Director
**Division:** EPD (Established Pharmaceuticals Division)
**Geographic Scope:** Multi-country (Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh)
**Job Purpose**
The Senior Medical Manager is responsible for leading and executing Medical Affairs strategy aligned with global therapeutic area (TA) plans, commercial priorities, and regulatory requirements. The role drives scientific excellence, evidence generation, and stakeholder engagement while supporting business growth and portfolio advocacy.
The position also serves as the affiliate lead for clinical research, ensures strong KOL engagement, and provides leadership in medical strategy across assigned therapeutic portfolios.
