Lead the operations at Skeena Gold + Silver as the Mill Manager for the Eskay Creek project. This site-based role focuses on operational readiness, staff training, and safety compliance.As the Mill Manager reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee mill operations and maintenance teams. Your leadership will guide the onboarding of staff, establish KPIs, and implement best practices to enhance performance. Collaborate within a diverse team committed to sustainability and community engagement in resource management.
