Overview
Design, develop, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript, ribbon customizations, business rules, Power Automate flows, and custom APIs.
- Configure and customize forms, views, dashboards, Business Process Flows, security roles, and Model-Driven Apps.
- Design, develop, and support Power Pages portals; configure authentication providers including Azure AD B2C and Entra ID.
- Develop custom portal components using Liquid Templates, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Web Templates; implement portal security, web roles, and table permissions.
- Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems; develop and consume REST APIs, Web APIs, OData services, and custom connectors.
- Implement integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure API Management, and Event Grid.
