Senior NetSuite Instructor/Trainer

The Education Consultant works in a high-energy and dynamic environment, delivering training to multiple customers in a variety of industries. This position is responsible for the delivery of instructor-led onsite and virtual end user training.

The Education Consultant works in partnership with the professional services implementers to assess customer training needs, develop custom agendas and materials (written and elearning tutorials), and deliver quality training to ensure optimal user adoption.

The ideal candidate possesses a passion for training, has excellent communication skills, can deliver instructor-led onsite and virtual-classroom sessions, can develop learning and reference materials, demonstrates excellent attention to detail, cares deeply about customer satisfaction, exhibits strong project management skills and embraces change.
