What You’ll Do
- Deliver advanced technical support for enterprise-grade network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, Cisco ISE, and Cisco Nexus (ACI/NXOS).
- Design, deploy, and manage secure, high-performing wireless networks.
- Diagnose and resolve network incidents to ensure maximum uptime and adherence to SLAs.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Pre-Sales, and Senior Management to design and implement scalable network solutions.
- Provide escalated technical support for routing, switching, and security incidents.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
